Meditations are a great way to strengthen some of the most important leadership skills; enabling to engage with people under an array of circumstances and innovate in ways not previously seen. Because meditating, when done regularly, strengthens the muscle to calm down the nervous system and stay in the present moment.

For more than five years I have been doing deeply embodied work, including quiet meditations, active meditations and breathwork. This work has greatly supported my capacity to show up in service of others.
