Loving leadership meditations

Meditations are a great way to strengthen some of the most important leadership skills; enabling to engage with people under an array of circumstances and innovate in ways not previously seen. Because meditating, when done regularly, strengthens the muscle to calm down the nervous system and stay in the present moment.

For more than five years I have been doing deeply embodied work, studying with Mantak Chia, Ronja Sebastion and Layla Martin amongst others. Here I share a collection of meditations, in which I have collected some of the most potent meditation techniques, to support you in:
